Our specialized course on Pranayama comprises an in-depth instruction and exhaustive training on the science and practice of yogic breathing and energy management. The SYTC Pranayama is a 200-hours hybrid course that combines practical and theory lectures delivered by experts in the field of yoga and health sciences.

SYLLABUS

The course Stress and Anxiety management through Yoga is an Intensive Course of 16 hours duration, imparted in two days. This course integrates both theoretical and practical sessions designed to offer a comprehensive and in-depth understanding.

The theoretical section of this course will investigate the causes of stress and anxiety described in yogic psychology and philosophy, as well as the mechanisms responsible of their symptomatic manifestation.  

Another strong point of focus will be the exposition and examination of the latest scientific findings of research investigating the effects of yogic practices in anxiety and related disorders.

In the practical part, students will learn how to practice and implement -in personal and clinical settings- the yogic techniques prescribed for the treatment of anxiety and stress disorders. Each of the taught practices will be accompanied by a detailed examination of its effect and  mechanisms.

CERTIFICATION

All participants will be awarded at the completion of the program with the IYC Certificate of the course Stress and Anxiety management through Yoga, officially issued by PRAMANA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE.

Diploma 

Awarded to the students who attend the final exam and qualified with a minimum score of 55%.

Certificate of Assistance

Awarded to the students who do not want to appear for examination or those scoring below the qualifying mark.
