Research indicates that yoga practices can downregulate the autonomic stress response, improve vagal tone, and facilitate cognitive and emotional resilience. This course examines the application of yoga as a therapeutic modality for anxiety and stress, with emphasis on evidence-based techniques and theoretical models grounded in both classical and contemporary perspectives.
