CONTENTS OF THE COURSE

The Concentration and Cognitive Enhancement through Yoga course is a 16-hour training held over two days. It combines theoretical exploration with practical techniques to provide a complete and structured learning experience.

The theoretical component covers the yogic understanding of the mind, intellect , and attention, as well as the causes of mental distraction and forgetfulness. Participants will also explore the role of sensory discipline and lifestyle factors in supporting cognitive health, according to yogic philosophy.

In the practical sessions, participants will engage in targeted āsanas, breathing techniques, kriya and meditative practices designed to calm mental agitation and develop sustained attention. Techniques will be explained in detail, with attention to individual adaptation and application in study, work, or teaching settings. The course also includes guidance for establishing a daily routine that supports cognitive strength and emotional balance.

CERTIFICATION

All participants will be awarded at the completion of the program with the IYC Certificate of the course Concentration and Cognitive Enhancement through Yoga, officially issued by PRAMANA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE.
