The Center of Advanced Yoga Studies (C.A.Y.S.), established in the Indian state of Uttarakhand by Pramana International Institute, stands as a premiere educational center for the study and research in Yoga. At C.A.Y.S., Pramana offers regular courses of longer duration, where students can develop deep knowledge and proficient skills in the different dimensions and applications of this ancient discipline.
In the coming months, just a few minutes away from the sacred cities o Rishikesh and Haridwar, our new Center of Advanced Yoga Studies will be opening its doors. With bigger and renovated facilities, Pramana will now host, at the foot of the Himalayas, courses in English, Spanish and Hindi, welcoming students from different backgrounds and nationalities.
Pramana’s courses of longest duration are imparted at our Center of Advanced Yoga Studies and cover the major dimensions of yoga. From philosophy to therapy, the training given at C.A.Y.S. ensures that students develop a profound understanding and proficient set of skills, equipping them with the experience necessary to apply this knowledge in their personal and professional life.
