Pramana International Institute is a specialised Yoga institution which was founded with the purpose of teaching and promoting, in an authentic and rigorous manner, the yogic wisdom from India to the world. Founder and Director

The origins of Pramana International Intstitute date back nearly half a decade to the holy city of Haridwar, where during the gatherings of yogis and scholars, the need of a new institution devoted to making authentic and traditional yoga internationally accessible, was pronounced. It is so that in the year 2022, Yogacharya Dr. Rodrigo E. Vicente Ketele , doctor in Yogic Science by the university Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, established Pramana International Institute. At present he is the director of the institute and part of the academic team as a lecturer in Yogic Studies.

Faculty

The strength of Pramana International Institute lies in its exceptional team of teachers and guest lecturers. Our faculty includes some of the most respected voices in the field of yoga studies, combining the wisdom of experienced yogis from different schools and traditions, professors from prominent yoga universities and researchers in the field of yogic science. Alongside, professionals of various disciplines ranging from medical science or psychology to philosophy, music or physics, enrich even more our courses and events with their contribution.

The scope of Yoga covers, in addition to spiritual development, a wide range of areas of human life, such as physical and mental health, making it a discipline of great value, at a personal as well as a social level.

Our Center of Advanced Yogic Studies (C.A.Y.S.) offers regular, long-term courses in different Yoga subjects. From foundational courses to advanced and specialized, C.A.Y.S’ courses provide a deep and clear formation with strong focus in practical application.

Soon our new Center of Advanced Yoga Studies will open its doors near the city of Rishikesh, India. The new center will host more classrooms to accomodate a larger number of students, halls for hatha yoga practice, shatkarma facilities, therapy room and much more!
