Academic Information

CERTIFICATION

All our courses are officially certified by Pramana International Institute.

Certificate of assistance will be given to all course’s participants who attend a minimum of 60% of the lectures.

Diploma will be awarded to the students of F.C., A.C. and S.C. that qualify in the final -optional- examination.

TEACHERS

Lectures are conducted by specialists in the field of Yoga as well as in the different disciplines of relevance for the course.

Our academic team comprises professionals from India and around the world, characterized by their profound knowledge and experience.

ENROLMENT

Pramana’s education caters to the needs and interests of beginers as well as of versed yoga practitioners and teachers. While we recommend novel students to commence with our Foundational and Intensive courses, our academic programs are open to everyone willing to learn.
In addition, we often offer Specialized courses for professionals of specific sectors and for which’s registration requirements will be found in the course’s details page.

DURATION & SCHEDULE

Foundational, Advanced and Specialized courses are long-term regular courses of a duration between 200 to 600 hours, determined by the syllabus and topic of each course.

Intensive courses, being focused on a specific topic, are of shorter duration (10-30 hours), however, as their name indicates, they comprise a more exhaustive and concentrated training.

FORMAT & MODALITY

All our courses are conducted in person to provide a direct and interactive learning experience. This approach enables participants to engage closely with instructors and peers, fostering better understanding and collaboration.

Each course integrates both theoretical and practical instruction. Theoretical sessions establish a foundational understanding of the material, while practical components focus on applying this knowledge in real-world or practice-based contexts. This combination ensures a comprehensive and balanced learning process.

METHODOLOGY

Our courses are structured to maintain academic rigor and adhere to the principles of the yogic tradition. The curriculum reflects the authenticity of traditional teachings while incorporating a scientific perspective to ensure relevance and clarity.

With a focus on practical applicability, the courses aim to provide students with tools and knowledge they can effectively use in their personal practice or professional fields. This ensures that learning is both meaningful and adaptable to diverse needs.
